USCIS begins to return rejected cap-subject H-1B petitions for FY2015
USCIS just announced today that the agency has completed the data entry of all H-1B cap petitions for FY2015. It means that USCIS is almost done with sending out filing receipt notices (Form I-797C). Cases that were not selected in the visa lottery will be returned to petitioners.
