For November, family-based second preference (F2A) continues to have the same cutoff date of 09/08/13 for most countries as in October, after it was current for the months of August and September. Family first preference advances 3 weeks for China and India, 1 month for Philippines.
On the employment side, movements are slow. Employment-based third preference (EB-3) move forward by 3 months for China, Mexico and Other Countries. EB-1 is remains current for all countries. EB-2 is current for Philippines, Mexico and Other Countries. EB-2 and Eb-3 India remain unchanged. EB-3 China advances 3 weeks.
